<p>There is expected to be new developments in economic zones that have remained strong in the crisis. Demand for houses and flats for rent is rising as loans are less attainable and employment less stable. A benefit of renting is the low initial cost, which frees capital for other pursuits, while home maintenance and repairs are the landlords’ remit. Rent or <a href="http://www.zoopla.co.uk/">buy property</a> by browsing new listings online and remember to keep tabs on the housing market in 2012.
